History

    Fluid Mechanics Valve Company is a Small Women owned Business and has Manufactured valves for over 50 years. Our lines of valves have been servicing all phases of industries in the Aerospace, Defense, Oilfield, Nuclear and Chemical Plants to name a few.

    Fluid Mechanics part numbering system allows the customer to choose from a variety of different materials that best suit their application.

    Most orders can be shipped within 2 weeks and all emergencies will be given the utmost priority.

Factory Testing

    All of Fluid Mechanics valves are functionally tested after assembly and before shipment.

    Fluid Mechanics quality system has been designed and approved for the following:

Custom Orders

    Fluid Mechanics has the capability to custom fit to your specifications as well as manufacturing with exotic materials such as Hastalloy, Monel, Inconel 625 and Alloy 20.

Valve Design

    Fluid Mechanics Relief Valves are Manufactured as Conventional type, Spring loaded, and Disc. type valves. Our orifices range from .125 to 1.281 and connection up to 4". Fluid Mechanics Inline Check Valves are manufactured as spring loaded, Disc. type valves with pressures up to 15,000 WOG and connection sizes up to 4".

Warranty

    All Fluid Mechanics products are guaranteed against defective materials or workmanship for one year from the date of shipment Warranty is voided when valves are used in a dirty system, tampered with or the seal wire is removed on the valve. SEE OUR FULL LINE CATALOGUE FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.

Capacity Certification

    Most of Fluid Mechanics Valves are certified for Gas and Air service and carry the ASME UV CODE stamp on the nameplate. The 392 series carries the ASME UV CODE for liquid. We offer these valves in two types:
  • Top Guided for full Flow
  • Bottom Guided for less flow
